Meet Paul Gibney, the Florida Realtor rocking it with Corcoran Reverie. HomeStack created their mobile app, which Paul used to turn up the volume on his brand, make chatting with clients a breeze, and serve up real-time market updates. Talk about giving his clients the ultimate competitive edge in the real estate game! Watch or read on for Paul's full story!

Why do you like to use the Corcoran Reverie app, built by HomeStack?
"The Corcoran Reverie App: A Game Changer for My Clients. To me, the Corcoran Reverie app is truly transformative. It offers my clients real-time access to listings and market updates, while also serving as a direct line of communication with me. This ensures that everything remains efficient and transparent, allowing me to be readily available without needing to be “physically” present everywhere at once. Clients value this feature, as it gives them the chance to explore properties and ask questions directly through the app. I truly appreciate how it streamlines the process and enhances user-friendliness."

Why do you think that tech is important in real estate, and how does it help you to stand out in a competitive market?
"I believe that technology plays a crucial role in relationship-building. It's not merely a tool for efficiency; it's about enhancing connections. By integrating apps, CRMs, and social media into your daily routine, you can maintain that personal touch. To leverage these tools for improved communication and to keep your clients engaged, establish a consistent routine—such as sending property updates every morning or interacting on social media daily. These habits can significantly help expand your network, just as they have for me."

What is your real estate app's most compelling feature?
"The most attractive feature of the app is undoubtedly the real-time property updates. My clients truly appreciate being among the first to learn about new listings or price changes. This capability gives them a sense of having an insider's edge, especially in a competitive market. I typically introduce the app during our initial discussions, highlighting how it streamlines the process and consolidates everything in one convenient location. It's a tool crafted for their ease, and it's essential to communicate this to them effectively so they grasp its benefits right away. I believe it empowers them, creating the impression that they possess more knowledge. It's crucial to make them feel valued in their understanding of what can sometimes be complex information."

What is your best App client story?
"One of my favorite client stories related to the app involves a couple relocating from out of state, specifically from Atlanta. I remember speaking to everyone at lightning speed! They used the app daily to virtually explore property listings in some of my favorite neighborhoods that I wanted to introduce them to in the Panhandle. Thanks to the app's notifications, they managed to secure their dream home within minutes of it being listed, all before even setting foot in Florida. This made them feel empowered and in control, creating a smooth and stress-free experience, even from miles away."

Why use a mobile real estate app over a website for today’s consumer?
"The real estate landscape is continually changing, so as realtors, we must be ready to adapt at all times. Relying solely on a website and expecting visitors to come to you is akin to saying, "I only take listings," or like a bartender waiting for patrons to approach their table. If I'm a server, I should actively engage with customers at their tables. You need to embody both roles. Progress never stops. If I just have a stagnant website and wait for people to find me and reach out, I’ve already set myself up for failure."

Your social media is so fun, it looks like it's a big part of your business. Tell us why building a strong personal brand for realtors is important.
"Establishing a robust personal brand is essential in real estate, as it fosters trust and recognition. The term "salty listings" goes beyond a catchy slogan; it reflects my unique connection to the coastal lifestyle and my values, which resonate with clients who share similar beliefs. Social media is instrumental in how I engage with my audience, and I promote my real estate app as an integral part of the salty listings experience. This approach emphasizes how it provides clients with an advantage in their property search while staying true to my authentic brand. And it’s just another plus."
